Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa office to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt practice. The role combines creditor-side restructurings, creditor-advice and finance-related insolvency work across both contested and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role in the local team, drive business development, and handle complex insolvency and distressed-credit matters for institutional and corporate clients. A portable practice or demonstrable origination track record is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt matters
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience advising creditors, lenders or other financial stakeholders in insolvency and workouts
Admitted to practice in Florida or able to obtain admission; Tampa-based or willing to relocate
Strong leadership, client-management and business-development skills
