Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Miami bankruptcy and restructuring practice. The role focuses on creditor-side and debtor-side matters, out-of-court restructurings, and complex insolvency-related finance work.

Ideal candidate will have an established insolvency practice and the ability to originate and execute engagements. The team handles cross-border and domestic matters across finance and restructuring workstreams.

Experienced partner-level bankruptcy/restructuring lawyer with a demonstrable track record.
Proven experience with creditor rights, restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
Portable client relationships or an ability to develop and maintain a book of business preferred.
Strong transactional and courtroom advocacy skills; ability to lead deal teams and client engagements.
