Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring — New York

We are seeking a lateral partner to join a busy bankruptcy and restructuring practice in New York. The role will focus on leading complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings, chapter 11 representations, and related creditor and debtor-side matters for corporate clients and creditors.

The team handles significant cross-border and domestic restructurings alongside litigation and creditor enforcement work. This is an opportunity to bring or build a portable practice, lead engagements, and mentor junior lawyers within a well-resourced practice group.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, chapter 11, and corporate restructuring matters
• Proven track record leading complex restructurings and related litigation or creditor-side work
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capability preferred
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility) and strong team leadership/mentoring skills
