Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy, Finance & Restructuring team in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on creditor-side work, distressed debt, workouts and complex restructuring matters for financial institutions and corporate stakeholders.

The partner will lead engagements, originate and develop client relationships, and collaborate with a broader multi-office restructuring platform. This is an opportunity to take a senior role within a well-resourced team handling high‑profile insolvency and workout matters.

A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed and will be an important part of the hiring decision.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Track record of leading complex restructurings and contested insolvency proceedings.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission).
