The position suits a partner with an existing portable practice who can originate and develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and integrate into a collaborative, cross‑practice team. The team handles matters that require both transactional finance expertise and litigation strategy.

Established partner with substantial experience in finance transactions (leveraged and structured finance) and patent litigation
Proven business development record; portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring clients
Track record mentoring and leading teams on complex cross‑practice matters
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
