Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its West Palm Beach office within the Real Estate and Construction practice. The role will involve advising on a broad mix of real estate and construction matters for commercial clients across the region.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and help grow the platform in South Florida. The position is suited to a partner with an established practice who can handle both transactional and dispute-related work tied to real estate and construction projects.

Substantial experience at partner level in real estate and/or construction law.
Track record of handling commercial real estate transactions, developments, financings, and construction-related matters.
Proven client development ability; portable client base or demonstrable origination history preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and courtroom or dispute-resolution skills as applicable to construction matters.
