Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work across commercial real estate, construction projects and condominium association matters.

The team handles a broad mix of landlord/tenant, development, construction contracts and condo association governance and disputes. The firm is looking for a partner with an established practice who can transition a portable book of business and lead a small team including junior lawyers and support staff.

Qualified to practice in Florida (or able to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including condominium association matters
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; able to transition a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and coordinating with paralegals/support teams
