Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Capital Markets and Finance practice in Chicago. The role focuses on leading capital markets transactions and advising corporate and financial institution clients on securities and financing matters.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team handling complex deals across debt and equity markets, collaborate with cross‑practice groups, and play a visible role in originating and managing client matters. A portable practice or a demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets and corporate finance transactions
Proven track record leading deals and managing teams
Business development ability; portable practice or client relationships preferred
Admission to practice in Illinois or eligibility to become admitted
