Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Munich team focusing on capital markets and banking & finance. The role will combine advisory work on securities transactions and financing matters across domestic and cross-border mandates.

The practice offers senior deal exposure, responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, and the opportunity to grow a portfolio of capital markets clients within an established platform in Munich.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets and/or banking & finance
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates
Admission to practice in Germany and strong German/English language skills
