Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its London capital markets and finance practice. The role will involve advising on public and private securities offerings, debt and equity financings, and related corporate finance matters for a mix of UK and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, drive business development in the capital markets space, and work closely with other finance and securities lawyers across the firm’s international platform. A portable practice or established client relationships in capital markets are welcomed.

Seasoned capital markets/finance partner with a strong transaction record.
Proven ability to lead complex securities and financing matters and manage teams.
Demonstrable business development skills and client relationship management; portable work considered.
Excellent technical drafting and advisory skills; able to collaborate across international teams.
Eligible to work in the UK and able to be based in London.
