Seeking a capital markets partner to lead and expand an IPO practice with a particular emphasis on technology-sector issuances. The role will focus on managing complex public offerings, advising issuers on go‑public readiness, and coordinating cross‑functional deal teams.

The successful candidate will join a national platform and be expected to originate and execute IPOs and follow‑on offerings, mentor junior lawyers, and strengthen client relationships in the technology ecosystem. A portable practice or demonstrated client origination capability is welcomed.

Established partner with a strong, demonstrable IPO deal record, ideally with technology clients
Deep experience in public offerings, securities law and transactional execution
Proven client origination and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams and mentoring associates on capital markets matters
