Partner — Capital Markets, London

Senior capital markets partner role with a top-tier international firm’s London capital markets team. The role focuses on leading debt and equity transactions, advising issuers and underwriters, and developing cross-border offerings.

We are looking for an experienced partner able to originate and lead mandates, manage engagements from pitch to close, and help grow a market-facing practice in London. The team advises on a broad range of public and private capital markets matters.

• Established partner-level capital markets experience, with a track record of leading transactions.
• Proven ability to originate work and build client relationships; portable practice desirable.
• Strong technical skills in public and private offerings, securities law and transactional documentation.
• Eligibility to advise from London (UK admission or ability to obtain relevant authorization preferred).
