Partner — Commercial Litigation & M&A, Baltimore

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a combined commercial litigation and corporate/M&A practice based in Baltimore. The role focuses on high-value disputes and transactional work across corporate clients, with significant cross-border and multijurisdictional matters.

Priority will be given to team hires or partners who can scale a practice quickly; the team will work closely with colleagues across the U.S. and Europe to serve clients in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record of leading complex litigation and transactional matters and bring established client relationships and a portable practice. The group values stable client origination and sector-focused experience.

• Established partner with deep experience in commercial litigation and M&A/corporate transactions
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value matters and managing deal/litigation teams
• Preference for team hires or partners with portable client relationships and business origination
• Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive; comfortable with cross-border work
• Admission to the relevant U.S. bar and ability to collaborate with international offices
