Senior partner role to lead and grow a compliance and finance regulatory practice in the firm's Chemnitz office. The role combines client advisory on regulatory matters, transactional support for banking and finance matters, and leadership of a small team.

We seek a commercial, client-focused lawyer who will drive business development, manage high‑value regulatory matters and develop relationships across the German market. The appointment offers autonomy to build a portable practice and to shape service delivery locally.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with partner-level experience in compliance/regulatory and banking & finance matters.
Proven track record advising financial institutions and corporates on regulatory compliance; familiarity with international regimes (including US/extra-territorial rules) is an advantage.
Established client-development skills and experience running a team or practice area; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.
Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English; strong commercially-oriented drafting and negotiation skills.
