Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Boston office and lead a compliance and government-contracts practice. The role combines regulatory counseling, government contracting work, and client-facing matter leadership across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will advise on complex regulatory and compliance matters, manage and grow client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues in other U.S. markets. There is scope to build a portable practice and contribute to cross‑office client development.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts work.
Track record of advising public‑ and private‑sector clients on regulatory/regulatory risk and contracting issues.
Strong business development skills and ability to grow a practice (portable book of business preferred).
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Boston.
