Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston practice focusing on regulatory compliance and government contracts. The role will work on high‑profile regulatory matters and government procurement issues for clients across public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑jurisdictional team with a market footprint spanning Washington, D.C., Texas and California. This is a partner role suited to an attorney with a portable practice or the ability to develop and originate client work.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory, compliance and government contracts work
Proven client development and origination capabilities (portable book of business welcomed)
Strong transactional and/or regulatory advisory track record with public‑sector and commercial clients
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in Texas preferred
Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
