Lead and expand a compliance and government-contracts practice in the firm’s Miami office, advising clients on regulatory, compliance and public‑sector matters. The role involves both client-facing work and developing cross‑office engagement on complex regulatory issues.

We are seeking an experienced partner to grow an established practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with teams covering related regulatory and government‑public work. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

The team has a market focus that includes Washington, D.C., Texas and California, with opportunities for national and multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Lateral partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts.
Track record of originating and managing client matters and developing business.
Ability to lead and develop a team and work collaboratively across offices.
Licensed to practice in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction; mobility or ability to relocate to Miami preferred.
