Seeking a partner to lead and grow a compliance and government contracts practice from the firm's Kansas City office. The role will handle regulatory and compliance matters, advise on government procurement and contract issues, and support clients across complex public-sector and regulated-industry work.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and developing business, and will work collaboratively with national teams across other U.S. markets. Portable business is welcome and the position offers the opportunity to build a market-facing practice within an established firm platform.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice encouraged.
Strong technical knowledge of government procurement, regulatory frameworks, and related compliance matters.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Kansas City office.
