Established partner-level experience advising agricultural-sector clients (transactional, regulatory or compliance).
Experience handling cannabis-related matters is desirable.
Proven business development and client-management track record; portable practice welcome.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across practice groups; active bar admission and good standing.
