Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a privacy, data protection and compliance practice within a large technology-focused group in the Chicago office. The role combines client-facing work, team leadership and business development across privacy, data security and related regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will advise US and international technology clients on privacy programs, regulatory compliance, cross-border data transfers and incident response, while helping expand a busy, multidisciplinary practice.

Established partner with substantial experience in privacy & data protection and related regulatory/compliance matters.
Proven track record advising technology companies and other corporate clients on privacy programs, data transfers, incident response and vendor risk.
Demonstrable business development capability; portable client relationships or a history of originating work preferred.
Strong team leadership and project management skills; ability to work cross-functionally with regulatory, commercial and litigation teams.
Active bar admission in the US; experience with multinational data regimes a plus.
