Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its compliance and regulatory practice in the Albany office. The role focuses on counseling regulated entities, managing government and agency interactions, and advising on regulatory compliance programs.

The successful candidate will join a multi-practice team with national resources and will work on a mix of counseling, investigations, and regulatory advocacy matters across state and federal agencies. This is an opportunity to build market presence in the region and collaborate with colleagues across offices.

A portable practice is welcomed; candidates with an existing regulatory/compliance client base will be given strong consideration.

Partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally with state and federal agency experience
Track record advising regulated entities and handling investigations or enforcement matters
Demonstrable business development ability; portable client relationships preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
