Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation (Albany)

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Albany office. The role will combine competition regulatory work with litigation matters and transactional support across corporate mandates.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on both litigation and transactional matters, working with an established team of litigators and corporate lawyers. There is an expectation of contributing to and expanding a commercial practice, including bringing a portable client base.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition work, including contested litigation and transactional counseling.
• Proven track record of leading matters and supervising junior lawyers.
• Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or client relationships.
• Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain) and excellent advocacy and drafting skills.
