Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Albany

Senior patent-litigation partner opportunity with a major international firm’s Albany office. The role focuses on leading and growing high-stakes patent litigation matters across federal courts and the ITC, partnering with a national IP team.

The firm is seeking a partner who will manage significant cases, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development for the practice. Candidates with an established, portable patent-litigation practice are encouraged to apply.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation (federal courts and/or ITC)
• Track record of managing complex cases and supervising teams
• Demonstrable client development and relationship-management ability; portable business welcomed
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; excellent written and oral advocacy
• Active bar admission(s) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
