Lateral Partner — Litigation, Albany

Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to expand its litigation bench in Albany. The role is suited to a first-chair trial lawyer who can originate and lead complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling high-stakes disputes and will have access to national platform resources while maintaining autonomy over a portable practice. The office is building market presence and welcomes partners who can contribute trial leadership and business development.

• Established litigation partner with substantial first-chair trial experience.
• Proven client development and origination ability; portable practice welcomed.
• Strong written and oral advocacy in state and federal courts.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain) and willingness to be based in Albany.
