Senior patent-litigation partner role in a sizable, national law firm team based in Albany. The role focuses on managing complex patent disputes, leading trial and pretrial strategy, and supervising associates in a busy IP litigation practice.

The firm is seeking a hands-on partner who can grow and lead the local practice, collaborate across offices on national matters, and strengthen client relationships through active business development and matter management.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in patent litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience
Proven client-development and team leadership skills
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to represent clients in federal courts
