Senior patent-litigation partner role in a sizable, national law firm team based in Albany. The role focuses on managing complex patent disputes, leading trial and pretrial strategy, and supervising associates in a busy IP litigation practice.

The firm is seeking a hands-on partner who can grow and lead the local practice, collaborate across offices on national matters, and strengthen client relationships through active business development and matter management.
