Lateral Partner, Patent Litigation & Finance-Related Disputes — Albany

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a patent litigation practice from the Albany office, working across intellectual property and finance-related matters. The role will handle complex patent enforcement and defense, with cross-practice collaboration on matters that intersect with structured and leveraged finance.

Seeking a proven trial lawyer and rainmaker who will manage teams, develop client relationships, and grow a book of work in the region. The position offers partnership-level leadership responsibility within an established national practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, including trials and significant briefing
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and cross-practice matters
• Experience working on matters that intersect with finance/structured finance is desirable
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to gain admission
