Partner — Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation (Los Angeles)

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a San Francisco-based compliance, regulatory and litigation practice focused on privacy, data protection and technology-related regulatory matters. The role combines high-stakes regulatory defense and cross-border privacy counseling with technology litigation counsel.

The partner will supervise and mentor associate teams, take primary responsibility on complex matters, and collaborate with colleagues across practices to service corporate and regulated clients. Business development and client relationship leadership are expected.

Applicants with an existing portable practice or demonstrable origination history in privacy, regulatory enforcement defense, or technology litigation are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory enforcement, privacy/data protection, and related litigation matters.
• Proven track record of leading teams on complex regulatory or technology-focused disputes.
• Demonstrable business development/origination skills; portable client relationships a plus.
• Experience counseling clients on privacy programs, regulatory compliance, and cross-border data issues.
• Active admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain admission) and a JD or equivalent law degree.
