Senior partner role for an established compliance and regulatory practice in the firm's Chicago office. The position will lead matters across regulatory counseling, compliance program design, and investigations, working with cross-practice teams and senior in-house clients.

The partner will manage and mentor a team of attorneys, drive client relationships, and help grow the practice through business development. This is a high-visibility role with substantial responsibility for strategic client work and team leadership.

Partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory matters (U.S. regulatory experience required)
Proven record of leading teams and managing client relationships
Strong business development skills; a portable practice or book of business is advantageous
Active bar admission in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction
