Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join and develop its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Dubai. The role will focus on advising regional and international clients on regulatory matters, compliance programmes, and interaction with regulators across the UAE and wider Middle East.

The partner will manage and grow a team, lead client engagements, and drive business development for the practice group. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcomed and will be an important part of the assessment.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance work in the UAE / MENA region.
Proven track record of leading client matters and managing teams.
Strong business development capability; portable practice preferred.
Relevant professional admissions or qualifications and strong commercial awareness.
