Leading practice group seeking a partner to join a New York office to lead cross-practice regulatory and compliance matters. The role focuses on cybersecurity and data privacy, international trade and regulatory issues, and regulatory work in the energy, environmental and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will advise on high‑stakes, cross-border compliance, incident response, regulatory investigations and transactional regulatory work. This is a partner-level opportunity for someone who can develop and lead multidisciplinary teams and who has a demonstrable track record of originating and managing client relationships.

There is scope to build a platform and bring a portable practice; candidates with existing client relationships and clear business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and active partner-level legal experience in compliance and regulatory matters.
Substantial experience advising on cybersecurity, data protection and privacy compliance, including incident response and cross‑border data issues.
Proven background in international trade/regulatory matters and regulatory matters in energy and environmental sectors; healthcare regulatory experience a plus.
Track record of business development and ability to manage and grow a portable practice or client base.
