Seeking a lateral partner to join a global firm’s Los Angeles compliance and regulatory practice. The role focuses on matters at the intersection of energy, environmental and healthcare regulation, with a strong emphasis on cross-border regulatory work.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements involving cybersecurity, data privacy, international trade and sector-specific regulatory risk. This is a visible role with opportunities to build and steward longstanding client relationships and to collaborate with multi-office teams on complex, multinational matters.

Established partner with significant experience in compliance, regulatory counseling and cross-border matters
Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity/privacy, international trade (including trade remedies) and energy or healthcare regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to originate and manage client business; portable practice preferred
Strong project and team leadership skills and experience working with multi-jurisdictional teams
