Growing multi-practice team is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand compliance and regulatory offerings across energy, environmental and healthcare sectors. The role will advise on regulatory strategy, cross-border compliance, data protection and trade issues for sophisticated corporate and institutional clients.

The ideal hire will build and manage a portable practice, collaborate with international colleagues on cross-jurisdictional matters, and help drive business development in the region. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility and team mentoring.

Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory enforcement, or regulatory counseling (energy, environmental or healthcare focus preferred).
Proven ability to manage cross-border matters and work with international teams.
Experience advising on cybersecurity, privacy/data protection and international trade issues is a plus.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships and willingness to bring or develop a portable practice.
