Senior partner-level opportunity with a leading international firm’s Salt Lake City team to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice focused on energy, environmental, healthcare and international matters. You will advise clients on regulatory strategy, cross-border compliance, privacy & cybersecurity, and trade-related issues.

The role involves business development, managing complex regulatory matters, and mentoring junior lawyers. The team works across energy, environmental and healthcare sectors and handles international regulatory and trade considerations.

We are seeking an experienced lateral partner with an established, portable practice who can both originate work and integrate into an existing multi-disciplinary regulatory platform.

Proven partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory matters, preferably with energy, environmental or healthcare clients.
Demonstrated experience advising on privacy/cybersecurity and international trade or cross-border regulatory issues.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or regulatory workstreams.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to collaborate across practice groups.
