Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice focused on environmental matters in the Fort Worth market. The role will advise clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental risk matters across industry sectors.

Ideal candidates will have substantial environmental regulatory experience (CEQA experience is desirable) and a track record of developing client relationships. The role offers leadership opportunities within a well-established regional practice and welcomes candidates with a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience in environmental regulatory and compliance matters
Experience with permitting, regulatory enforcement, and risk management; CEQA experience preferred
Proven client development skills and ability to grow a practice or bring a portable book of business
Strong technical knowledge of environmental law and regulatory frameworks; excellent written and oral advocacy
