Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Nashville office to lead and grow an environmental compliance and regulatory practice. The role focuses on advising clients on environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and related transactional and advisory matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with environmental regulatory regimes and proven client-facing skills. Experience with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters is desirable. The role offers opportunity to build and manage a practice and collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Partner-level experience in environmental law, regulatory compliance, or related practice.
Demonstrated track record advising clients on environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory matters; CEQA experience preferred.
Proven client development and business-management skills; ability to grow a portable practice welcomed.
Bar admission and ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
