Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a multidisciplinary energy and environmental practice in the firm’s Nashville office. The role will focus on energy tax, renewable energy projects, and infrastructure-related matters with regular interaction on maritime and construction issues.

The partner will advise on transactional, regulatory and tax aspects of energy and infrastructure projects, support cross-practice engagements, and work with clients across the power, gas and maritime sectors. Strong client-development capabilities and experience managing a team are required.

Established partner-level practitioner with a track record in energy, energy tax or related infrastructure work
Experience on renewable energy project work and related regulatory matters
Familiarity with maritime or construction aspects of energy/infrastructure projects is a plus
Demonstrable client relationships and business-development ability; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission and capacity to work in the Nashville market
