The role will blend contentious work with tax controversy, advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on disputes, audits and related litigation strategy.

• Qualified to practice in Tennessee (or able to become licensed promptly).
• Partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation; track record of handling complex disputes.
• Proven trial, motion practice or contested matter experience.
• Demonstrated client-development ability; a portable practice or book of business is desirable.
