Senior partner-level role for a compliance and financial services regulatory lead based in Frankfurt. You will advise banks and financial institutions on regulatory, compliance and Dodd‑Frank related matters, and help expand a busy transactional and advisory practice.

The role is front‑facing: you will originate and manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and work closely with banking and finance colleagues across matters that combine regulatory and transactional elements.

The firm is seeking a partner with an existing, portable practice in financial services regulation or compliance who can step into a revenue‑generating leadership position in the Frankfurt office.

Proven partner/senior counsel track record in financial services regulatory and compliance work.
Demonstrable client origination/management experience and a portable book of business or clear ability to bring new mandates.
Strong transactional and advisory experience relating to banks/financial institutions; familiarity with Dodd‑Frank or equivalent international regulatory regimes.
Fluent in German and English; admission to practise in Germany or equivalent qualification preferred.
