Established German practice is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory offering in Munich, with significant involvement across finance, banking and tax-related regulatory matters. The role combines senior legal advisory work with business development and team leadership.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a portable practice or build a book of business locally, work on cross-practice regulatory projects, and collaborate with tax and finance specialists on client-facing mandates. This is a partner-level seat with strong strategic and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany (German bar); several years of partner- or senior counsel-level experience in regulatory/compliance work.
Demonstrable experience advising on financial services, banking or tax-regulatory matters; familiarity with international regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Proven business development ability; track record of client origination or a portable practice preferred.
Fluency in German and English; excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
