Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Government and Public — Austin

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice in Austin. The role will focus on counseling clients on regulatory compliance, government contracts, and related public-sector regulatory matters across key U.S. markets.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and will have responsibility for originating and managing client work, mentoring junior lawyers, and partnering with colleagues across offices to deliver cross-border or multi-jurisdictional regulatory solutions.

Portable client relationships and a track record of business development are welcome; the role is structured for a partner with an established practice and the ability to expand regional and national coverage.

• Partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory matters, and government contracts or government-facing work.
• Proven history of originating and managing client matters and developing business.
• Strong client counseling skills and experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility for admission; willingness to work from the Austin office and collaborate across U.S. offices.
