Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Government and Public — Portland

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory and Government and Public practice groups in Portland. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory matters and government contracts work across multiple jurisdictions.

The partner will join an established, multi-disciplinary team that advises public- and private-sector clients on compliance programs, regulatory strategy, and government procurement issues. There is opportunity to build and lead a regional practice and collaborate with national colleagues.

Portable business welcome: the firm seeks a partner with an existing or developable client base and the ability to originate and manage engagements.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts work
• Track record of originating and managing client engagements; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred
• Strong writing, counseling, and team leadership skills; ability to work across practice groups and jurisdictions
• Active bar admission(s) in the U.S. or ability to obtain admissions as required
