Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Government & Public — New York

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major US law firm’s Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice in New York. The role will focus on counseling corporate and public-sector clients on regulatory matters, investigations, policy, and compliance program development.

The firm values market-facing partners who can lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices. Candidates with an established, portable regulatory/compliance practice or demonstrable client origination ability are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, including government-facing work.
• Deep knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and demonstrated experience handling investigations, enforcement, or policy matters.
• Proven business development/relationship-building skills and an existing portable practice or clear ability to generate new work.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (New York preferred) and strong leadership/mentoring experience.
