Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice within a nationally recognized law firm’s San Francisco office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and government-facing matters across industry clients, combining strategic advice with regulatory engagement.

The partner will manage and develop a team, drive business development, and advise on complex regulatory and compliance issues. This role is suited to an experienced lawyer with an established practice in regulatory and government work and a track record of client origination.

Partner-level experience in regulatory, compliance, or government/public law practice.
Proven record of managing teams and delivering client-focused regulatory advice.
Demonstrable business development experience; a portable practice or client relationships preferred.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
