Seeking an experienced lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice in Seattle. The role will advise on regulatory matters, government contracts, and related public-sector compliance issues for a diverse client base.

The partner will split time between client-facing matters and business development, helping expand work across key U.S. markets. This is a visible leadership role for a candidate comfortable managing a team and developing new opportunities.

Admission to the bar and substantial experience counseling on regulatory, compliance, and government contracts matters.
Proven track record of leading matters, supervising junior lawyers, and managing client relationships.
Business development capability; a portable practice or demonstrable origination pipeline is preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and familiarity with federal and state regulatory environments.
