Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Harrisburg

Leading national law firm is hiring a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory team in the Harrisburg office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, government contracts, and matters at the intersection of public sector and regulated industries.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, advise on compliance programs and regulatory risk, and work closely with government and public-sector specialists across the firm s U.S. platform. The team serves clients with matters spanning regulatory interpretation, contract compliance, and government-focused transactions.

This is an established partner role where a portable practice is welcome; candidates with existing client relationships and proven business development capabilities will be strongly considered.

• Established partner with significant experience in regulatory and compliance matters, especially government contracts.
• Proven track record of leading client engagements and advising on compliance programs and regulatory risk.
• Demonstrated business development ability; portable client relationships preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and ability to collaborate with multi-office teams.
