Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow an environmental and compliance practice from the firm's Harrisburg office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, environmental permitting and compliance matters, and advising clients across public- and private-sector matters.

Ideal candidate will have deep regulatory and environmental experience (CEQA-related experience is highly desirable) and a track record of winning and servicing client work. The position offers the chance to build a team, shape practice strategy, and contribute to business development regionally.

Established partner-level experience in environmental law, regulatory counseling and compliance.
Practical experience with environmental permitting, enforcement matters and regulatory regimes; CEQA experience preferred.
Proven business development capabilities and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business desirable.
Experience leading teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
