Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Harrisburg office to expand a cross-disciplinary energy and environmental practice. The role covers transactional and regulatory work across energy, renewable projects, environmental compliance, tax considerations, maritime and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will advise developers, owners and contractors on project development, regulatory strategy and tax structuring, and will work closely with internal specialists across related practices. This is a partner-level role where business generation, client relationship leadership and mentoring junior lawyers are key priorities.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law; familiarity with renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
Track record advising on related tax, maritime or construction matters preferred.
Proven client development and business-generation ability; portable practice welcomed.
Experience leading teams and managing client matters from engagement through closing; active bar admission in the state or willingness to transfer.
