Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office to strengthen and grow the combined tax and litigation practice. The role will handle complex tax disputes and related litigation matters, working with a multidisciplinary team.

The position is partner-level and suited to an attorney with a track record in tax controversy and litigation, strong client-service skills, and the ability to develop or bring portable work. Leadership of junior lawyers and collaboration across practice groups will be part of the role.

Partner-level experience handling tax controversy and related litigation matters
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to obtain admission)
Proven client-development skills; portable book of business considered
Track record supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practices
