Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office to lead and grow the Employment & Labor and Litigation practice areas. The role will focus on managing workplace disputes, employment litigation and counseling clients on labor issues across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will run partner-level matters, supervise and develop associates, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to join a busy, full-service practice with regional and national workstreams.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) and in good standing
Proven partner-level experience in employment & labor law and employment litigation, including courtroom/trial experience
Track record of supervising teams and managing complex matters
Demonstrable business development capability; portable practice or relationships preferred
