Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg litigation team, with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will involve handling contested litigation, regulatory investigations, and client counseling for private and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with colleagues across practices to develop and retain client relationships. The team offers significant courtroom exposure and a platform to grow a portable practice in litigation and securities work.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to transfer).
Proven track record in litigation with securities and/or white‑collar experience.
Strong trial and appellate experience preferred; able to manage complex matters end‑to‑end.
Business development ability and willingness to grow a portable practice encouraged.
